When you have many records, you may need to search them. To do this, you can use the Filter Toolbar.
In all screens, you can filter on data columns, and even create a custom filter for a data column.
The Filter Toolbar always displays at the top
of each screen.
To do a simple Search, type a word or number in the Filter field. Or, select an item automatically from the drop-down menu of data.
RPM will highlight all the records on a screen that include the term or the selected search item.

Check on each value that you want to view.
The screen displays only the values you have selected.
To return to the standard view, open the Column Filter list and click All. All the values available display once again.
