Tenant List Report

The Tenant List report displays a complete list of all your properties and their associated tenants.

 

To View this report, in the Tenants screen, go to the Reports button and select the Tenant List Report.

 

Report Data

The following data is listed for each Property:

Name and Address

The name and full address of the Property.

Notes

The Notes you have entered for the Property.

The following data is listed for the Tenants at each Property:

Name

Full name of the Tenant.

Rent

Rent and frequency of rent payments for this Tenant.

Mobile, Home, and Work

Mobile, home, and work telephone numbers entered for that Tenant.
